Registration
Why Register?
The money collected from registration is used to pay for the hotel and convention facilities, associated services for equipment, maintenance, printing of pre-registration packets and other related expenses. Your registration fees and support make this event possible.
Pre-Registration
Pre-Registration deadline is February 1st 2012
Pre-Registration cost is $25.00 and may be purchased online from the Online Order Page using your credit or debit card.
Mail In Registration
Your Pre-Registration form must be post-marked by February 1st 2012

Newcomer Registration
Newcomer registrations are reserved for those with 29 days of clean time or less who cannot afford the price of registration. Those receiving a registration will be asked to make a donation to the newcomer fund.
To obtain a newcomer registration you must attend the Welcoming Meeting held at the following times:
- Friday: 5 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM
- Newcomer registrations are limited to the first 100 people
Onsite Registration
Onsite Registration cost will be $30.00
Onsite Registration Hours:
- Friday: Noon to 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM
